Louis Vuitton Chantilly in size GM made of Monogram Canvas. A simple, yet timeless crossbody bag. A comfortable bag for the modern woman who needs to carry around her essentials, but doesn’t want to carry around a heavy bag. We are not completely sure of when the Louis Vuitton Chantilly was first made. What we do know is that there are multiple Louis Vuitton bags, with date codes that go back to at least the early 80s. This is why we believe that this is the time period when the bag was originally designed.
The bag has gold-colored hardware, and leather trims and features an adjustable shoulder strap. The strap is long enough to wear this bag crossbody. The main compartment closes with an adjustable buckle. The inside of the bag is made of leather and consists of one main compartment with an extra pocket that can be closed by a zipper.
The overall condition of this vintage bag is very good because of the state of the canvas and the shape of the bag. Also, the Vachetta leather is in good condition, but you can see that it's been used. In some places, the gold-colored hardware is a little discolored. This item comes with an authenticity card from our store.
