Arnold & Son was founded in 1787 and has since introduced timepieces so exquisitely made and technically superior that one does not have to be a fan of luxury watchmaking in order to appreciate the amount of painstaking process that goes into crafting each masterpiece. The release of the Arnold and Son UTTE Gold Series shows that the people over at the British empire has once again outdone themselves. The UTTE stands for ultra-thin tourbillon escapement and at only 2.97mm thick, it's the thinnest tourbillon out in the market today. Produced in a very limited quantity of 50 pieces each in palladium and rose gold, the 42mm Arnold and Son UTTE Gold Series features a stunning caseback showing the inhouse calibre A&S8200 with an 80h power reserve. Beautifully decorated, the Arnold and Son UTTE Gold Series found a sweet spot between classic and modern.
