Étoile Gift Card

Looking for a special gift for a special someone, but not quite sure which preloved item they like the most? We know it's hard to choose with all those vintage treasures. l'Étoile came up with a solution: the l'Étoile Gift Card! 

How does it work?

- Choose your preferred amount for the gift card.
- Complete check-out.
- You will receive an order confirmation and the gift card with a unique code in your inbox. Please forward this e-mail to the lucky receiver of your gift card.
- The receiver can start shopping online and fill out the gift card code at the payment method during check-out.
- The receiver of the gift card can also visit one of our 2 stores in Amsterdam. Show us the gift card with the unique code in one of our stores, so we can redeem the gift card with the in-store purchase.
- These l'Étoile gift cards cannot expire.

Additional information
- This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

- In cases where your l'Étoile gift card is lost or stolen, we are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. l'Étoile cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a l'Étoile gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All l'Étoile gift cards have a unique code which is required for online purchases. l'Étoile cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the gift card number becomes known to another party.

- Should you return product(s) purchased using a l'Étoile gift card via our webshop, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event that you may have discarded your l'Étoile gift card, a new card will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.

If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a l'Étoile gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the l'Étoile gift card in the first instance.

If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by l'Étoile gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card, PayPal or iDeal).
