History of the Chanel 19 bag 

The Chanel 19 bag is named after the year 2019. In this year March the Chanel 19 bag was introduced. It's a modern reinvention of Coco's legendary Chanel 2.55 bag. Although the bag has been introduced since 2019, it is already an icon in the fashion world.

The Chanel 19 bag was the last bag designed by Karl Lagerfeld. Karl designer the bag in collaboration with Virginie Viard.

The design of the Chanel 19 bag 

The Chanel 19 features a slouchy structure, interlocking CC closure with leather and chain, trio of chains made of metal and enlarged diamond quilts. The chain really stands out in this design which is because they have corrugated pieces of leather faithfully to the chain. If you take a look at the stitching of the bag, you see that it is waved in a pattern. 

This beautiful bag was launched a while ago, but is now available in new colors. Hot pink, purple, baby blue, army green and many more colors. New colors are introduced every season. The metal on the Chanel 19 bag comes in silver, ruthenium or antique gold.

The bag is available in leather, tweed, silk, and sequins. The Chanel 19 bag comes in five different sizes: the waist bag, WOC, flap, large flap and the maxi. 

Because the handle is quite long, you can wear the bag crossbody. The Chanel 19 bag can also be worn in the hand or on the wrist. This Chanel bag can be combined with every outfit. Are you wearing a basic boring outfit? Combine it with the Chanel 19 bag and you are ready to steal the show on the streets. 

The price of the Chanel 19 bag

You have to save a lot of money, but then you don't just have a bag. The Chanel 19 WOC is currently 3.430 euros.  
The Chanel 19 flap is currently 4.900 euros. The Chanel 19 large flap is currently 5.400 euros. Keep in mind that there is a regular price increase from Chanel, which causes the prices to change.

Many celebrities love this bag (that's no surprise). Cardi B. went to the Chanel fashion show with her beautiful black Chanel 19 bag.
